We are looking for a Helpdesk with 2 years of experience in IT support, to participate in an interesting project located in Sant Cugat del Vallés.
Functions:
– Installation and configuration of Windows systems.
– Resolution of software and hardware incidents.
– Escalation of incidents.
– Ticketing.
– Migrations.
– Active Directory Administration.
– IT security configuration.
– Connection management, etc.
Minimum requirements:
– Provide a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
– High level of Spanish and English is a must.
– Availability for 24/7 working shifts
