Descripción: Leading multinational company is looking for a – SAP Solution Manager (SAP SM) consultant / developer –
for their office in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Support the central development department for the company Group´s SAP systems: We support standard SAP systems and self-developed applications that run on servers and the Google Cloud platform
Conception and customizing especially in the area of service (ITSM) and ChaRM processes in the SAP Solution Manager
Evaluation of Architecture Issues and general conception of new components to be deployed
Testing with common test tools and technical documentation
You will work with CRM UI; Web UI; SAPUI5; BAPIs; User Exits
Qualifications
Degree in computer science or related studies with at least 2 years of professional experience as a SAP Solution Manager Consultant / Developer
Deep understanding of the SAP Solution Manager and SAP CRM
Relevant experience in design, implementation and customizing of processes in SAP Solution Manager, especially ITSM and ChaRM or at least in SAP CRM
Knowledge of the structure and optimization of roles and authorizations
Knowledge of the following monitoring scenarios: Business Process Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, System Monitoring, User Experience Monitoring, Cloud Monitoring
Confident appearance, communication and team skills as well as customer orientation
Experience of working in a multicultural environment
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Must have:
Concept and customizing ITSM (IT Service MGMT) and WebUI
Development competence in the SolMan environment (ABAP, CRM, Web UI, User Exits, BAPIs etc.)
Should have:
Knowledge of the structure and optimization of roles and authorizations
Conception and Customizing Change Request Management (CHARM)
Knowledge of the following monitoring scenarios: Business Process Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, System Monitoring, User Experience Monitoring, Cloud Monitoring
Nice-to-have:
Test Management and Test Automation (CBTA)
Solution Documentation (incl. BPMN)
