• Related experience in an organized production facility of at least ten years with a proven successful managerial track record.
• Needs to be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Needs to have a high focus on total preventive maintenance to run a safe facility.
• Need to be familiar with quality tools like why-why analysis, 8D, fishbone analysis, etc., to maintain a reliable and secure quality level.
• Should be a team leader to recruit, develop and keep motivated his team to be enthusiastic about continuous improvement of every KPI.
• Should have technical expertise and knowledge of the updated production practices like lean manufacturing, kaizen, TPM, and six sigma
