• Manages and drives all aspects performance marketing and directly supports the ?Head Digital Campaigns and Demand Center? in the Marketing Operation Studio Madrid.
• Plan, execute and optimize acquisition campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display, email, and native advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis to determine metrics including ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and other KPIs to ensure that campaigns meet or exceed business goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on growth hacking mentality.
• Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause with the help of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and deliver quantifiable improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
• Develop easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
• Identify and evaluate new performance marketing opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve the overall effectiveness of the performance marketing programs.
• Act as a consultant to internal customers by developing and sustaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Implement the company´s digital strategy and adjust plans accordingly by conveying a consistent brand image.
• Continuously assess and improve processes along the customer journey and procedures for the entire customer experience.
• Support management to manage respective cost budgets, conduct proper resource planning within a project or work package.
• Support management of vendor and agency relationships where required.

• +3 años en ejecución de campañas con programatica, redes sociales y google|Inglés alto
• Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• 3+ years professional experience in performance marketing, preferably in the medical device industry or agency environment.
• Additional postgraduate and professional qualifications desirable.
• Non-hierarchical team-oriented attitude.
• Strong track record within a marketing / or sales organization.

• Able to translate data-driven insights and complex digital topics in a tangible way.
• A passion for recent technology tools and full understanding of global digital marketing platform.
• Digitally driven mindset to prioritize pragmatic value driven activities with measurable impact.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Thrives living and working in a multicultural environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage.
