Functions
– Understands the technology ecosystem: Vmware Cloud Foundation, OpenStack.
-Understands the service ecosystem, including: the users, buyers, and influencers; additional technologies (IT Services, Support Services); competition; and industry trends.
-Determines the business model and owns the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Offering portfolio.
-Develop and manage roadmap of the product portfolio.
-Manages the Service Lifecycle.
-Ensure that the development of the product portfolio component are delivered on time.
-Defines Service Description & Scope: (User Stories / Definition, Features, Parameters as service limits & Capacity, Pricing Driver).
-Support CCC Financial Management to complete the pricing definition, and manage the approval by Global Operations.
-Coordinates between CCC Platform & CCC Operation the Service Deployment plan.
-Coordinates the definition of other service components : High-Level architecture, SLA /SLO, Term and Conditions, Metric and KPI´s, Operational Framework, Security Controls, end-User Documentation, Reference Guide for CCC operations, Automation & Day 2 Operations Plan
-Coordinates the service decommission plan.
