You responsabilities:
• Extract or Harvest Data from Legacy systems or obtain data files from OpCos
• Manage extracted data files as per agreed upon naming format
• Update tracker to track progress for automated and manual Data Extractions
• Validate data extracts file format and structure against agreed upon formats
• Identify missing data and information in source system
• SDT to support the transfer of Raw data extracts to the PDT technical team
• Co-ordinate with PDT for resolving issues related to data extraction
• Share Remediation files with OpCo Data Leads via SharePoint
• Update or Create new records (if needed) in Source System per OpCo´s confirmation
• Chase OpCo´s to provide Cleansed files on time as per the agreed time line
• Share Remediation files with OpCo Data Leads via SharePoint
• Update Remediation files for non-legacy fields per OpCo´s confirmation
• Chase OpCo´s to provide Cleansed files on time as per the agreed time line
• SDT to transfer Cleanse data files securely to PDT
• Understand the De Duplication Requirements and Process for Vendors and Client/ Brand/ Product
• Golden Record identification for Vendor, Client, Brand, and Product
• Share the De Duplication reports with OpCo´s data leads
• Transfer Golden marked record De Duplication reports to PDT
• Master Data Analyst|SSC located in the center of Madrid
Your Skills:
• Degree in Accounting/Finance and a recognized accounting qualification
• 1 – 3 years of experience
• Strong data analysis skills
• Languages: Spanish and English as a requirement. French and German as an additional preference
Your core Skills:
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge including GL, payables, receivables, and job costing
• A good understanding of the relationship between master data and transactional data
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in supporting key business stakeholders in project delivery particularly in data cleansing and remediation activities
