• Drive the development of the Group marketing strategy, including key messages and long-term growth targets
• Oversee market roll-out campaigns
• Drive growth and market share
• Conceptualise and implement marketing and communications campaigns to support sales activities and expand brand recognition
• Support our sales teams to acquire and retain clients
• Monitor competition and advise on how best to deal with it from a marketing and communications perspective
• Coordinating and supporting PR activities in collaboration with PR consultants
• Identify and oversee sponsorship and branding activities at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
• Develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships with external partners and contacts
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in AD-TECH|Fluent English

Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in AD-TECH
• Strong knowledge about the digital industry and/or B2B-marketing
• Broad knowledge of digital marketing (video, display, mobile, social, SEM), ideally marketing automatization
• Experience in building marketing strategy from research, brand positioning, establishing USP(s) and lastly executing the strategy across all marketing channels
• Ability to analyse and resolve complex problems and present your approach in a clear way
