• Understand the Order to Cash processes and other lateral processes (like Trade Promotional management, Commercial Planning, Customer Service Operacions, etc.) supporting each of the Business Units and guarantee homogeneous implementation in the company systems landscape.
• Manage Business´s Relationship (lead tactical meetings) and priorities alignment.
• Ensure proper coordination with external IT partners supporting Commercial solutions and processes.
• Actively participating in cross functional projects (new MandA, SAP upgrades, etc.).
• Manage internal prioritization and demand management (portfolio and resources management).
• Coordinate commercial leads into the mid-term view and area evolution.
• Multinational Company – End Client – Food and Beverage Industry|IT Project Manager – Applications – SAP (SD – EDI)
• 8+ years´ experience in Commercial Processes: Customer Master Data, Product Master Data, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Agreements, Corrections and Credit Notes, Sales Accounting and Profitability Analysis, Credit Management, Inter-Company flows, etc).
• Wide knowledge experience in SAP and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) implementation, other technologies will be considered as Sales Force, Kantar or OCR Solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations and teams.
• Organized and detail oriented with pro-active attitude.
• Fluency in English (French/German/Italian will be an asset).
• Analytic capabilities and structured way of thinking.
• Rigorous with information management.
• Market and partners knowledge in commercial arena.
