Descripción: Desde Zemsania Global Group seleccionamos un/a Líder de operaciones o infraestructura:
– Capable of supervising a 1st level IT infrastructure teams.
– With enough experience to analyze critical situations, propose service improvements and coordinate technical areas. With skills to lead the meetings and communications with the customer.
– Experience coordinating small teams, assigning tasks & resources and ensuring the correct delivery of a specific project or service.
Requirements: English both written and spoken. A profile willing to pursue a team coordinator career (Experience desired but not mandatory)
Desired Knowledge and experience in some of the following:
· Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
· Linux Server Administration
· VMWare Administration
· SQL 2012 and 2016
· Scripting (preferably Powershell)
· Exchange Server 2010/2016
· Active directory and LDAP knowledge
· Desired Office 365 (Exchange Online) and Skype for Business administration
· Desired experience in SCCM, WSUS or other software for patching operating systems.
Se valorarán los siguientes puntos:
· La experiencia profesional relacionada con la administración de sistemas y gestión de equipos.
· Cursos y certificaciones en los sistemas y tecnologías mencionadas arriba o en gestión de proyectos y entornos. (ITIL, PRINCE2)
· Técnicas y procesos implementadas en otros servicios.
Tecnologías: windows, linux, vmware, scripting, microsoft exchange, skype, SCCM, WSUS
