Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Help Desk personnel located in Madrid. The role involves providing technical assistance and support to clients across various channels including phone, email, and chat. The Technical Help Desk personnel will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as required.

Qualifications

Strong technical assistance and technical support skills
Experience in help desk support
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues independently
Bachelor´s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience in networking and security is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining high standards
