Be a key driver on BASF´s path to digitalisation by supporting existing products and initiatives as well as innovate additional digital solutions that supports BASF´s global businesses.
Role specific activities (what is expected of you as an employee):
– Rollout of the CPQ Pricing Framework to the different business units
– Consulting the business with focus on digitalization in the pricing area
– Discuss and Translate business requirements into IT
– Active role in an agile and self-organized Dev-Ops team
Required (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience):
– Bachelor´s or master´s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering or comparable from an accredited college or university is required
– Minimum +3 years´ experience in working with Salesforce/ PROS (plataforma)
– Experience in quoting solutions preferred PROS CPQ (Insights|Control|CPQ|Integrate)
– Experience in agile Software development
– Passion for working in a team
– Analytical capabilities
– Experiences in working in global / virtual teams/projects
– An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive and energized culture
– Excellent judgement. Able to weigh several and often conflicting constraints and make rapid, logical decisions in a fast-moving company.

– Technical skills:
– Salesforce Configuration
– PROS (CPQ/Control/ Insights/Integrate)
Nice to have (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience):
– Programmatical Know-how about Salesforce (e.g. Apex, Aura Components etc.)
– Test automation
– Knowledge of application lifecycle, change/release management process
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks.
– Ability to work in a multicultural team spread across the globe.
