• Run end-to-end marketing and sales campaign reports by accessing various data sources such as SAP BW, Google Analytics, and Digital Advertising Platforms.
• Provide, consolidate and build internal and external reports for clients analyzing KPI achievements and assess the success of campaigns using tools such as PowerBi, Einstein Analytics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to marketing campaigns, website traffic, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics.
• Develop and maintain (standardized) dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable insights and pitch findings to the management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Utilize statistical and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in marketing data.
• Provide regular reports to management and other stakeholders on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
• Constantly work with the business to create/refine reporting requirements
• Creation of report documentation and training materials for the users to easily understand the functionalities of tools and reports.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to marketing data analysis.
• Act as a consultant to internal customers by developing and sustaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders and
• Support management to manage respective cost budgets, conduct proper resource planning within a project or work package.
• Support management of vendor and agency relationships where required.

• +3 years of previous experience in Data Analytics and Business Insights|Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• 3+ years professional experience in data analytics, preferably in the medical device industry or agency environment.
• Experience in SAP, object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs
• Additional postgraduate and professional qualifications desirable
• Non-hierarchical team-oriented attitude
• Strong track record within a marketing / or sales organization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
• A passion for recent technology tools and full understanding of global digital marketing platforms
• Digitally driven mindset to prioritize pragmatic value driven activities with measurable impact
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

• High level of integrity and commitment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
