Descripción: MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
In the context of a worldwide implementation of a new ledger and a reorganization of the Finance department:
This role requires technical-functional skills to liaise with Finance Change Management team about project requirements, implement the access rights in the jurisdiction tool and as well discuss with different IT teams to finalize the setup in the BAU mode.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Setup the parametrization of the accesses to the applications of the new ledger.
– Code the access in mainframe system
– Liaise with IT team for Business Objects profile creation
• Provide access to users in project mode
– Prepare access form linked to user profile
– Liaise with IT Secure Access team
– Communicate to user to provide guidelines
• Put in place the access governance and provisioning process
– Create the access in the identity governance system (Sailpoint)
– Liaise with Chief Information Security Officers to define the access validation workflow
– Reconcile the accesses provided in project in the identity governance system
• Assist and support users during their first connections:
– Perform first level analysis on reported issues
– Identify roadmap for resolution.
– Provide solution when possible or under scope.
• Follow-up with the different application owners about bug and evolution
– Participate in recurrent meeting
REQUIREMENTS
Training and occupational experience
• Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Project or Support for Financial Systems ideally
• Proficiency level of English speaking is mandatory, French will be appreciated
Essential specific requirements
• Client Care
• Hands-on experience of systems, interfaces and IT processes investigation
• Problem solving and action / change management oriented.
• Ability to work in a changing perimeter.
• Knowledge of Bank/ Finance organization and business lines will also be appreciated
• IT skills: Mainframe system, Business Objects, Microsoft Office, Sailpoint

• Strong analytical skills and ability getting a general overview of situations and issues.
• Good organization skills and commitment to deliver.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and duties
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and capability to work and interact with various people of different expertise.
