Due to an increase in demand for our products and services, we are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, field technician to join our team in the Girona office. The position involves the installation, troubleshooting and support of automated irrigation control systems.
The successful candidate will be required to work independently or with others. They must be able to complete and oversee every aspect of project installation from product installation, commissioning, and integration into SCADA systems. A technician must also display the values of innovation, team work, exceptional customer service, mutual respect and continuous improvement.
PURPOSE:
This flexible role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Project Managers throughout Europe. The position would suit a ¿hands-on¿ industrial electrical field technician with 2+ years of experience.
Diverse in nature and will require strong organizational, technical and maintenance skills. Field based role involved in a variety of projects across a number of locations.
Duties
Provide support for project delivery, project execution and after sales support
Carry out field installation, repair and maintenance of various products
Undertake fault diagnosis, testing, maintenance and modification as required to ensure safe and efficient operation
Provide product training for clients
Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
