How You Will Make an Impact
We are looking for a senior full-stack developer who is highly autonomous and hard-working. You will be working 100% remote (even after COVID-19). We are already a globally-distributed team.
As one of the first hires in our core Product development team, you will have the opportunity to shape our technical architecture and platform.
What you bring
– 5+ years of work experience
– We are growing like a rocket so we will need you to write code fast
– Java + backend frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc)
– Database (Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL, etc)
– Front end (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular / React, etc). We would love to see your UIs
– Tomcat
– Good grasp of English (able to read and write documentation)
– Quality matters. You break it, you fix it.
– Agile methodologies
– An eye for design or an ear for the customer; engineering makes substantive contributions to product definition
– A commitment to continuous improvement (yourself, your teammates, our software)
– Eagerness to share your own ideas, and openness to those of others.
Ideally:
– PHP / WordPress is a big plus
– AWS
– Data engineering
– Marketplace / logistics / retail experience
– API Design and Development
