Precisamos incorporar en nuestro equipo de Madrid un@ Project and Problem Coordinator, que trabajará en sólido y reconocido proyecto del sector financiero en Madrid Capital- Zona Arturo Soria.

Professional Skills, Abilities and Experience
As Project Coordinator:
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
Hands-on experience with project management tools
BSc in Business Administration or related field
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
As Problem Coordinator:
Asset and configuration management to track, log and correct information
Availability and capacity management
To work collaboratively within a group, actively networking with others and varying feedback for the appropriate time to ensure the discussion sticks
Continual service improvement
Continuity management
Incident management
Ownership and initiative
Problem management
Service focus
Technical understanding of core technical concepts related to the role and can apply them with guidance
User focus
Also,
– 5+ years experience in a similar position or similar on a multinational + 10000 users at least.
– ITIL Foundation knowledge
– Fluent in English (read/write/speak) – Interview will be fully in English
QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
– ITIL Foundation certificate will be desirable
Others:
– On Site Services: Flexible 08:00/09:00 to 17:00/18:00 – 8 working hours/day
– Coordination of planned Interventions out of working hours (incl. weekends)
