Experience investigating and resolving critical issues and high pressure situations

Experience with Backup/Recovery solutions (AWS related)
Experience on performance monitoring and tunning
Comfortable working with cloud computing environments.
Advance knowledge in PowerShell.
Advance knowledge in network (IPv4, Static Routes, Subnetting) to be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues on the server side.
Demonstrated experience maintaining and executing of incident, change, problem, configuration, and patch management processes.
