In AKKA Technologies, we are looking for an Application Support Specialist to work on a permanent base inside our international team in Valencia, supporting one of our global accounts.
You will provide day-to-day maintenance and support for applications supported for our global client
For this role, we need from you:
• At least 3 years of experience in software maintenance and support in IT environments;
• Good working knowledge of client/server applications in a Windows environment: MS SQL, SharePoint, Office365, Windows server, MySQL, RedHat Linux, Business Objects, PowerBI, BizTalk, MSSCOM, IIS, .NET applications, PowerShell, Drupal;
• Preferably two or more years of experience in supporting applications at T2 level;
• Experience in configuration management for software applications and in utilizing reporting tools;
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes
