In AKKA Technologies, we are looking for a Windows Application Expert to join our international team on a permanent base in Valencia. You will provide a high level day-to-day maintenance and support for tools and applications supported by our clients, resolve in a timely manner Tier-2 -3 issues, assist in the evaluation, configuration and installation of new releases in accordance with established configuration management standards, updating of software applications related documentation, between other task related
Requirements:
• Experience in application maintenance and general IT support;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint;
• Work experience administrating Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, Windows
• Good working knowledge of global Active Directory Architecture, Powershell, Office365, Azure;
• Good working knowledge of client/server applications in a Windows environment and .Net applications;
• Certification and familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes;
