Descripción: Reby is a new Barcelona based Urban Mobility service that provides on-demand public sharing electric vehicles. We have an outstanding team coming from companies like Rocket Internet, Linio, Twitter, Uber, Lyft or Tesla. We are well-backed by top-tier investors and operating in Barcelona, Zaragoza and Gijón.
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will help improve our users’ end-to-end experience with Reby.
What you’ll do
-Empathise with our users and understand their needs following a Design Thinking, User-Centered approach.
-Help spot, define and solve common pain points in our users’ journey through observation and extensive -User Research.
-Be able to lead co-creation and ideation workshops with stakeholders to foster communication between teams.
-Create user flows, concept sketches, wireframes and prototypes within the constraints of mobile devices.
-Perform usability tests, A/B testing, user interviews and other testing and research methods to assess the effectiveness of your prototypes and prepare future iterations.
-Define Reby’s Design System and ensure it is applied consistently across products.
Requirements
-Strong portfolio with use case studies as well as UI/Visual samples is a must.
-Good understanding of User Experience and Interaction principles.
-You incorporate Data into the Design process by regularly checking Product Analytics to see how your designs are doing and detect user patterns.
-You are comfortable handling feedback and working under pressure.
-You have good knowledge of prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Principle, Invision, etc.
-You are fluent in spoken and written English.
