• Develop and conduct expert training courses to EMEA dealers to ensure they provide consistent quality and service to end-users.
• Ensure all dealer technicians are trained to the best possible standard.
• Continuously develop own skills and maintain awareness of transport refrigeration industry standards and regulations. Obtain and maintain the requested industry certification levels.
• Create and manage the databases and related literature, making sure that the whole program is continuously updated to reflect product changes and new service procedures.
• Be aware of all aspects of unit technical and reliability performance and adjust training courses to include continuous product improvements and new product launches.
• Support the on-boarding and development of our employees by providing customized training courses at regular intervals during the training season.

• You have an engineering degree (chemical, electromechanical, bioengineering, etc.)
• You have experience in technical training
• You are a dynamic and communicative person
• You speak English and Spanish
