Atlassian Junior Platform Engineer Professional for L2 Platform Support Service.
• Qualified person with certain knowledge and experience in administration of the Atlassian platform.
• Operate following validated documentation.
List of Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service requests.
• Execute corrective and adaptive changes to the platform.
• Ensure lifecycle for all changes.
• Ensure the same releases in all lifecycle environments.
• Document knowledge Technical support to other roles.
• Participate in the development of standards, good practices and procedures.
• Reduce or eliminate repetitive tasks through automation, monitoring.
• Participate in production and end user support.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
Skills and Experience
• Administration of the Atlassian platform between 1 and 2 years.
