Super Scrum Mario Master
As such, we are looking for an open-minded, empathetic, communicative and goal-oriented person to join our shortly opening office in the heart of Barcelona. You will be a crucial part of the core team from the early beginning – so come and take off with us now!

> Facilitate, help, motivate, push, solve, redirect, protect – well, you know…
> Deeply spread and believe in the agile mindset and principles
> Committedly, responsibly and restlessly achieve team goals
> Be natively curious, proactive and determined to continuously improve our methods
> Be transparent and assertive – a good team leader, but definitely a better team player > Establish and maintain a unified and highly valued company culture
> Unpack your ideas, challenge us internally and contribute to the Big Picture
> Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
What we require:
> Versed handling of agile development principles and related ideologies: Scrum, LeSS, Atlassian, Kanban, XP, Lean, Complexity/System Thinking Theory
> Scrum Master Certification
> Highly proficient in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus) > Attention to detail, strong communicator and perfectly organised
> Ability to balance priorities and conflicting demands
> Reliable, trust-worthy and self-dependent team-player
> Valuable but not a must: previous experience in e-commerce
