Your job
. Process optimizations and automations within the areas of ITSM/ITOM as well as Cloud Services.
. Integration of ITSM systems into our multi-tenant ServiceNow platform
. Consulting and further development of our ServiceNow Core Services (Self Service Portal, Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, etc.).
. Automation of IT / HR business processes
Requisitos mínimos
. Experience in business process automation using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms
. Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions (scoped applications, scripted REST APIs, business rules, access control)
. Knowledge in the area of integration Office 365 services desirable (SSO / Azure Active Directory)
. Good understanding of scripting technologies (PowerShell and JavaScript) as well as web technologies (Angular, Bootstrap, REST) is an advantage
. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
