Your job
· Administration and further development of Skype for Business and MicrosoftTeams environments
· Troubleshoot for Skype for Business, MicrosoftTeams and SBC issues
· Supporting large VOIP projects
· Incident & Change Management
· Implementation of small VOIP projects
· Available for planned On-call support shifts nights and on the weekends
Your profile
• Computer Science degree with several years of work experience
• In depth operational experience of VOIP and Skype for Business
• Experience in Microsoft Teams will be an advantage
• Interest in Cloud technologies
• Open to learn new technologies
• Experience with SBC (audio codes) is an advantage
• Experience with concepts and implementation of VOIP projects is an advantage
• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
