Page has undertaken a major programme to deliver a single integrated sales, recruitment and marketing platform based on Salesforce technology, ´Customer Connect´ (CC). Following the rollout of the platform across the global business, there is a need to support, stabilise and enhance the platform to meet current business needs and future business objectives, in alignment within the broader Enterprise Architecture (EA), including Page´s IT strategies.
To support this ambition Page seeks a Solution Architect (a CC SA) to define solutions for Customer Connect. The CC SA will act as a key advisor to business and IT leadership, CC demand and delivery colleagues, and to determine and deliver business outcomes through the right use of technology for the broader interests of Page.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the strategic business goals and needs across Page
• Develop a strong understanding and contribute to the Page EA from a CC perspective
• Develop, document and establish a widespread understanding of the CC Architecture that is aligned with the EA
• Review, analyse and shape business requirements, processes, and roadmaps related to CC
• Lead and contribute to the definition, qualification, documentation and widespread understanding of solutions related to CC, the impact of them and the changes required to deliver them – this will be at various high levels of detail, through various processes and stages in Page demand and delivery processes
• Identify, assess and clearly present a comparison of key options for CC-related business goals and needs
• Manage and advise on architecture and design decisions for solutions related to CC
• Support the delivery of solution architectures related to CC through a clear transition, oversight of LLDs, and the management of architectural risks, issues and decisions
• Identify, log, manage and drive action to address architectural debt and issues in the CC Architecture
• Assess technology and architecture trends, products, roadmaps, plans and proposals for impact, risk and opportunities for CC

• Spanish is not required|International Environment
• Work in a specialist Salesforce or Solution Architect role for 5+ years desirable
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and methodologies
• Prior experience of working with a complex Salesforce implementation or programme
• Experience of working in a multi-vendor IT sourcing environment
• Experience working at global level, on global systems
• Work in multiple roles at all phases of Software Development Lifecycle
• Prior experience with Kanban and Agile development methodology
• Prior experience with Jira and in CI/CD environments
• Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally and cross-organisation
• Cultural awareness when working with global teams
• Ability to get things done even without direct reporting line
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Integrity, drive, self-confidence and empathy
• Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)
