SME SAP-Security/GRC
SAP Security & GRC SME is primarily responsible for the design, build, test and implementation of SAP security solutions in AMS and assigned projects. This position works directly with all levels of the organization and requires understanding, validating and reviewing all technical changes implemented by the Security Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SME for Security and Authorization activities for SAP applications: ECC, BW/4HANA, Portal, Solution Manager, MDG, GRC10.1.
Represent SAP Security and GRC considerations primarily for Support and projects
Act as a liaison with other technical teams
Follow the defined procedures, processes and in line with the Company Policies and Security Best Practices and Standards.
Monitor security changes executed and perform the quality reviews.
Evaluate the performance and quality for all activities being executed by the Support Team. Fix any deviations and provide feasible enhancements when required.
Evaluate and review all GRC AC configuration changes and the creation and maintenance of security roles in the application.
Create and maintain user roles and authorizations may be occasionally required.
Provide on-call and weekend support when required to support acquisitions and projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in information Technology systems, computer science, and/or business.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC security design and implementation.
Good to have experience in Audit and Advisory service organizations
Must have experience or Exposure in different Security design /approaches
Experience with SAP Governance Risk and Compliance tools
Experience working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications for SAP ECC and all other applications in scope
Experience in GRC AC technical implementation or upgrade.
Strong experience in Segregation of duties concept. Ability to conduct user or role remediations. Having experience in designing a security SoD Matrix is a plus.
Must have a proven experience in MS Access and SQL query design.
Ability to work with teams remotely or independently.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and due dates.
Ability and flexibility to quickly learn new applications and software.
Recognizes impacts of changes and ensures appropriate due diligence performed before making changes and is thorough in testing solutions before implementing to avoid rework.
Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with Management, colleagues and staff.
