Capgemini is a leading company in the IT sector. We currently have a position open where we search: Senior Solution Lead. You will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Services, focus on Infrastructure management as Datacenter, Helpdesk, Service Desk, Apps Maintenance and IT Transformation levering the movement to the cloud, and CyberSecurity Services.

We are looking: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Tasks:
Participate in all technical aspects of the projects and deliverables of the technology solutions managed by the company, including:

– Work as a key member of the Project Implementation team.
– Transformation of business requirements into technical solutions.
– Customize and add value to the solution.
– Interact personally or remotely (WebEx, Skype, etc.) with business clients and technical teams.
– Solve complex change requirements, in multiple projects.
– Configure and customize all aspects of the technology solution. (User interface, scripts, workflows, business rules, etc.)
– Execute Integrations of the components (SSO, LDAP, etc.).
– Prepare internal technical deliverables and for the client for each phase of the project.
– Attitude of continuous improvement, to increase the quality and efficiency in the delivery of the solution.
– Participate with the technical team, to exploit new functionalities of the solution platform.
– Conduct yourself under best implementation practices and service offerings.

Mandatory:
– Experience in the ServiceNow suite of solutions is a Plus
– Certification in ITIL v3 / v4: Foundations
– Minimum 6 months of programming experience using languages: Java, JavaScript, Web Services and HTML.
– Basic knowledge of Databases (Entity Relationship Model, Forms and Reports)
– Experience filtering information from the Database through queries.
– Ability to translate technical requirements documents and translate it into a code script.
– Understand and interpret technical documentation in the English language

Education: Engineer / Degree in Systems, Technical or related career
