🎯We are seeking an experienced and certified Senior SuccessFactors Consultant with Employee Central certification to join our IT People team. We are looking for a certified professional who can provide cross-support to our IT team with expert knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, you will play a critical role in expanding the team´s internal knowledge in this area, contribute to risk mitigation, and actively participate in making sound functional and technical decisions. This, in turn, will contribute to the success and timely completion of all internal projects.
✔️Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support solutions for complex HCM (Human Capital Management) business processes.
Conduct requirements and design sessions with the team to identify current process and future state needs.
Document requirements and configuration decisions and collaborate directly with the client to obtain approval of the final document.
Provide guidance in configuring the application to meet customer needs while offering best-practice guidance on HCM processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful integration between modules and related business processes.
Support the validation of configurations through testing plans and scripts.
Provide guidance on using standard tools to execute data migration activities, including data loads and validation.
