Descripción: Our global end-client is looking to hire on a permanent basis a Senior JavaScript Back End Developer to join their team in Barcelona. With offices in San Francisco and Barcelona, our client is working with the latest technologies and partnering with top worldwide companies such as Amazon. Their product, a SaaS platform based on IoT, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud, which purpose is to optimize pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing processes.
Main Tasks:
• Implementing AWS Lambdas;
• Implementing unit tests for delivered features;
• Managing documentation for the assigned tasks;
• The job follows a quality system based on the efficiency and continuous learning;
• The development must be oriented to a serverless architecture;
• Cooperate with other team members such as other developers and architects.
Your profile:
• AWS Lambda development / Serverless oriented;
• Basic knowledge of Unix / Linux systems, utilities and scripting;
• Good level and recent experience with Node.js + Express.js;
• Fluency in unit testing in Mocha;
• Good knowledge of GIT;
• Indexing;
• Experience managing big data;
• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken);
• Flexible and autonomous;
• Team-player, show initiative and proactivity.
