They provide suppliers with the tools they need to reach a global audience for their products, and help buyers find products and suppliers quickly and efficiently. They offer hundreds of millions of products in over 40 different core categories. Buyers of these products are located in more than 190 countries and regions, and exchange hundreds of thousands of messages with suppliers on the platform every day.
You will be primarily responsible for creating training content and communication material to meet the needs of Spanish/Italian suppliers. You will create the ad hoc content for suppliers on how to work on the platform You will learn to use key communication tools to send mass communications to vendors. In addition to these two key functions, you´ll manage the communities on DingTalk and Facebook. In addition to creating compelling content to engage with vendors, you´ll need to adequately address vendors´ issues. In this role, you will also manage live webinars for vendor training.
We are looking for a SELLER SUPPORT
Requirements:
-At least 1 year experience as a Seller Support (Training and Communications)
-Good communication skills as an important part of the job is the execution of live training to local vendors.
-Previous experience in the digital sector, specifically in e-commerce.
-Knowledge of Italian or Italian language is valued positively.
