Your Responsibilities
•Support the central development department for the Otto Group´s SAP systems: We support standard SAP systems and self-developed applications that run on servers and the Google Cloud platform
•Conception and customizing especially in the area of service (ITSM) and ChaRM processes in the SAP Solution Manager
•Evaluation of Architecture Issues and general conception of new components to be deployed
•Implementation of updates and OSS-deployments
•Support in setting up BW extractions
•Set up / further development of Operations Control Center (OCC)
•CMDB (SLD, LMDB), DVM, EWA
•Testing with common test tools and technical documentation
•You will work with CRM UI; Web UI; HTML5; SAPUI5; BAPI; User Exits
Your Qualifications
•Degree in computer science or related studies with at least 2 years of professional experience as a SAP Solution Manager Consultant / Developer
•Deep understanding of the SAP Solution Manager
•Relevant experience in design, implementation and customizing of processes in SAP Solution Manager, especially ITSM and ChaRM
•Confident appearance, communication and team skills as well as customer orientation
•Experience of working in a multicultural environment
•Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
