Descripción: Our client Boehringer (TOP 10 pharma), and all their projects are developed globally from Sant Cugat del Vallés. During the last 5 years, they have established an IT Shared Services Centre in Sant Cugat, with a structure of more than 400 specialists.
We are looking for a SAP PI/PO Application Support Analyst with knowledge on ITIL processes and experience on service management, strong experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI platform and cloud application systems like SuccessFactors, Ariba or Concur.
As a SAP PI/PO Application Support Analyst your main responsibilities will be: Within IT EOC Areas, as job holder you will end to end accountable for the run service provided for IT EDS Data and Application Integration area. This includes responsibility to coordinate the service globally to ensure alignment among all regions and to monitor the budget and service costs.
Your main duties will be: Liaise with the vendor, functional and technical IT teams and other stakeholders to provide proactive and business appropriate communication, Definition of global standards and ensure rollout via the vendor and Monitor the budget and service costs, Revision of the service status identifying opportunities for improvements, Coordination of onboarding of new applications maintaining the applications inventory list, Handling of all escalations by the System Leads, Functional Managers and other stakeholders.
The candidate has to be excellent spoken and written English, experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment and excellent communication, solid analytical thinking, prioritize against competing priorities and open for innovation and quality orientation.
