Descripción: Leading multinational company – end client – is looking for a SAP MM Manager for their office in Madrid.
Purpose
Responsible for providing in depth content expertise and knowledge on SAP Supply Chain (procurement, inbound and outbound logistics) and Master Data processes for retail operations and distribution centers, including how IT can support those processes. Important not have a silo approach and look beyond the line of expertise for links between business processes and integration with other IT areas.
Takes a pro-active role in search for areas of process improvement and ensures best practices solutions for the Business in this respect. Interacts with Business, Service Delivery and Service Providers in definition and design for the company processes regarding new developments.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
The candidate would report initially to the Global SAP Solution Architect of Master Data, who is responsible to improve all the SAP Master Data tools and processes in the company.
The SAP Supply Chain and Master Data analyst will: Analyze business requirements and propose a solution to map them in the SAP Retail system. Write functional specifications of that solution . Execute unit testing and integration testing. Support User Acceptance Test. Provide training material, train Key Users. Maintain system documentation. Manage one or several service providers that will execute part or all of these activities.
Profile Needed:
Must have: 6-8 years of SAP Master Data and Supply Chain experience in International SAP implementation projects including global templates. Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams. Proactive attitude. Embraces agility. Integration of supply chain with other areas (SD, FI, CO)
Languages: English.
Highly Desirable: SAP IS Retail experience . Teams leadership experience. ABAP hands-on experience
