Descripción: Our client, international software company based in Vallés Occidental (Barcelona), is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant.
Work description
As an essential part of the CRM team, we seek to be integrated in a professional with an experience in the analysis of a business about CRM Salesforce to be integrated in a multidisciplinary work team in our technological transformation projects.
Must have knowledge of work in AGILE projects, in which we will carry out the entire cycle of the implementation of a project from the taking of requirements to the technological Go live, going through the analysis, construction, UAT, training, etc.
We will have to perform the tasks of taking requirements, the realization of user stories, flow process, tests and internal training of developments for our internal services.
Functions and responsibilities
– Work with clients and end users to collect, understand and define the requirements for technical implementation.
– Participate in key meetings with users, including requirements sessions, system demonstrations, user acceptance tests and end user training.
– Develop user stories and future process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our users.
– Collaborate with developers to test and verify that the solutions meet the requirements.
– Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that meets the requirements and user stories.
