We currently have TWO Saas Configuration specialist positions available:

Required Skills and Experience
Responsible for ensuring system configuration is completed in accordance to requirements documentation
Complete self-QA on all system build work
Hands on experience with low-code / no code system configuration
Experience with excel / access
Understanding of working with REST API
Intermediate HTML, CSS and Javascript. Important to emphasize: Encode is like a Lego, you will simply have to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Candidates will not use html / css / javascript but having experience with these or similar technologies would give you the mindset to configure Encode.
Knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements
Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.

A technical problem solver that is native with computers and applications.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Self-motivated individual, presentable to blue chip clients, with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to succeed

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Resourceful and creative troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
Proactive, responsible, resilient.
Nice to have:
3 years – working experience in similar projects
Basic understanding of Linux based systems
IT Support experience: Candidate will have to support on bug reporting)
Basic knowledge of what a PIM, DAM, MRM or is.
Experience working directly with clients.
