• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the local needs and dynamics of the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Develop compelling content and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and reinforce the brand positioning in the EMEA region.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with verticals, segment, sales and product teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Management of action plans and comprehensive project management to achieve marketing objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure a complete understanding of the ideal customer in the region to generate marketing activities with business impact.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials and branded items with local marketing partners to support local needs and in accordance with global brand guidelines.
• Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to increase brand visibility and engagement in the EMEA market.

• High english|Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading marketing and branding strategies in Europe.
• Minimum 3 years´ experience in logistics, manufacturing or supply chain companies.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing management experience in Europe, preferably in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, Poland or the UK.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketing tools such as CRM, email, SEO, SEM, Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, ABM, growth marketing, and product marketing.
• Experience in developing work plans with executives, managers, and top management.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Elementary or advanced knowledge of French, Italian or German.
• Creativity, enthusiasm and strategic skills.
• Customer focus and advanced communication skills.

• Salary of €35,000-€40,000 gross per annum.
• Full-time schedule with remote work.
