Descripción: Be a key driver on BASF´s path to digitalisation by supporting existing products and initiatives as well as innovate additional digital solutions that supports BASF´s global businesses.
Role specific activities (what is expected of you):
• Analysis of the BASF As-is situation and with involvement of all related stakeholders creating the IAM big picture with focus on PUM
• Creation and initiation of transition projects to evolve from the as-is towards to-be status
• Supporting projects by building solutions spaces for all areas where currently no solution space is available for the solution architects.
• Maintaining and extending the standards and requirements for Privileged users and related activities
• Steering as process owner the process manager(s) in the DevOps teams
• Representing BASF IAM security governance internally of BASF, as well as with peers on the market and software/service providers.
• Assuring the defined Governance standards and requirements are being implemented and lived within BASF
Required (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience):
• Good communication skills – Perfect English language required,
• Holistic & Strategic (IAM) architectural overview including interactions with following topics:
o Cloud Security
o Big Data
o Application
o IoT
• Being security minded
• Having a good general overview of IAM, both on process and technical level
• Understanding BASF Global organization and complexity
• Knowledge about Enterprise Architecture and related frameworks (TOGAF, ¡) is a benefit
• Being a team player
• Knowledge of CyberArk suite is a benefit
Nice to have (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience):
• Certified in ISO27000, CSSP, CISSP or CISM is an advantage
• German or additional languages are a plus
