As a Project Technical Team Lead, you will have a real “maker’s job”, with a simple purpose: MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Like the CTO of a small start-up, you will need to understand the business pole of each project, you will need to propose high level architectures to build prototypes to test the identified concepts, you will need to identify the best available technologies to leverage, and you will need to rely on the existing innovation development team, or scale it up, that you will lead on a daily basis to deliver the solution.

What you will do:
– Work in close colaboration with the Product Manager to understand and define the functional scope to best answer the identified needs and challenges.
– Propose high level architectures and solution, including the technologies to be leveraged, to fulfil the identified needs
– Leverage the internal knowledge of the innovation team, but also to a greater extend, of the Group Aircraft company.
– Define functional specifications and technical specifications
– Prioritize the backlog accordingly to the business value of each item
– Drive your team on a daily basis to deliver
– Propose innovative ways of overcoming challenges
– Be aware of the existing clients´ solutions and leverage these assets´ whenever this makes sense
We are looking for someone who has:
– 5+ years relevant work experience
– Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline
– The ability to coding, or at minimum you can read and understand the code
– You know what agile means by essence (and you know the basics of Scrum)
– Ideally you have experience with Airline industry solution providers or Air Traffic management
– Self-motivated, team-oriented, positive can-do attitude, can work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and priorities
– You know what project management means, how to do it, and why it matters
– Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization i.e. in detail with technical staff, commercial, product,
perations, and providers, and present summaries in front of xecutives and senior management
– Problem-solving aptitude
– Creative thinking skills
