• End-to-end Management of the Program Lifecycle, from incubation through to acceptance
• Project tracking and reporting (Status Reports, Schedule Tracking, RIDAC Logs, etc.)
• Change Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management
• Project admin and collaboration tasks (organizing key calls, holding and distributing project minutes, information exchange, back-office tasks, etc.)
• Orchestrating between various IT functions in order to coordinate tasks, resolve problems and drive the projects forward
• Draft Project documentation (Project Charters, Project Schedules and WBS breakdowns, Functional Specs, UAT planning and results, hand-off information, closure docs, etc.)
• Leveraging the above to ensure that Projects are delivered
