We need to incorporate in our Headquarter in San Juan de Alicante a Product Owner for our Technology Department.
Product Owner duties and responsibilities
· Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
· Identify and define business needs
· Groom and prioritize product backlog
· Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
· Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
· Be align with Product Management/Business Owner to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
· Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
· Identify and manage impacts in other products
· Identify and manage risks or changes
Product Owner requirements and qualifications
· Previous working experience as a Product Owner
· Technical background
· Knowledge of Agile process and principles
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Creative thinker with a vision
· Attention to details
· Good English level
