Descripción: On behalf of the Client, Ciklum is looking for a Product Owner to join Malaga team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Business savvy – able to make decisions at any stage throughout the process in line with stakeholder needs
Owns the vision for what is to be built/done – keeping tools up to date
Ownership, grooming and prioritization of project backlogs
Available to the Scrum teams and driving the best product possible with them – answers questions from developers; clarifies requirements
Actively communicating to all stakeholders at all points
Solid understanding of user needs
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrate expertise in application of Scrum principles and experience in Kanban
Strong user story – writing skills
Strong design sense and solid technical skills
Ability to coach the team on agile practices
Must have experience in analyzing and breaking down business problems into deliverable increments expressed as use cases and user stories
An Analytical mindset: Must be able to properly evaluate the success or failure of features by defining/tracking success metrics and using that data to guide the next steps
Knowledge of lean startup method would be a plus
Certified Scrum Master would be a plus
