Job Responsibilities / Role:

Responsible for managing the BAU and day to day project management office´sgovernance processes/systems to ensure that projects are executed in alignment with the organisation´s goals, standards, and best practices.

As a technical specialist, the role holder will implement and maintain project management methodologies,processes, and policies, providing governance leadership across the team and organisation, as well as managing and supporting to project managers and stakeholders.

Experience + 5 years:

– Proven experience E2E in project management and PMO roles, including in the following areas: IT Governance, IT audit, security design.

– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficiency in project management tools and software.

– Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in project management and governance.

– Strategic mindset with the ability to align project activities with organisational goals

– Banking Experience

– Very good knowledge Office Tools (Teams, Power Point, Excel, etc)

– Team Management

– Strong PMO skills and experience (PM governance, meeting minutes, Managing RAID Log, Financial tracking)

– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Qualities

– Qualifications Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, etc.).

– Master´s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI RMP, etc.) preferred including one or more certifications in PMI, Prince2, SAP Activate, Scrum or other
