Your mission (if you accept it) 🏅:
– Overseeing the life cycle of each project from conception to delivery
– Create and implement technology strategies
– Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility and scalability
– Working cross-functionally with all technology and business teams to understand their needs and provide the best solution from a technological point of view
– Carry out daily planning for the achievement of objectives
– Work on the strategy of new projects and evolve existing technology
– Recruit, onboard and train new Tech resources
– Ensure the best coding practices are applied by all team members
You are in the right place if you have the following:
– Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
– Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Team Lead or similar role
– Proficiency in PHP 7 and 8, Symfony 4+, WordPress, MySQL, Golang, MongoDB, React Native, JavaScript, Laravel, and Linux servers
– Experience with cloud services such as Digital Ocean or similar, and containerization tools like Kubernetes
– Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Github
– Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like CircleCI
– Knowledge of asset management using S3 Buckets
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Proactive attitude and team player
– Fluent English
– Based in or near European timezone (not in America or Asia)
– Optional: Spanish or French speaking
