As part of the e-commerce and Digital experience team, you will be in charge of managing our store. In order to deliver you online sales targets you will be responsible for a wide variety of product, marketing and communication tasks.:
• Analyzing and following the international competitors
• Creating and implementing our strategic plan and commercial calendar.
• Creating and/or adapting product and marketing content.
• Providing localized catalogue recommendations.
• Contributing and partnering with team members on user retention, customer service and social media communications.
• Reporting and e-commerce funnel optimization.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce|English C1
Passionate about creativity and arts and crafts
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce
Knowledge of Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms is a strong requirement.
Native Spanish
High level or native English
Is an arts and crafts company.
Time flexibility with intensive workday during summer.
Contract: Indefinite term contract full-time. Hybrid work (2 days telework).
Workplace: Pozuelo de Alarcón.
