In AKKA Technologies, we are looking to hire our new Specialist 0365 Solution Analyst with strong process and business oriented. Experience as a Project Manager or similar is a strong plus. You possess a passion for pursuing continuous process improvement and seeks ways to gain maximum business value from Business Process Automation and Digitalization. Embraces SharePoint and Office 365 as solution platforms and possesses a desire to build strong relationships that encourages platform user adoption
Your main focus will be:
• Promote Digital Transformation and process improvements leveraging MS O365 Features.
• Provides advanced functional and technical design, consulting and advice for Microsoft O365 Features
• Is usually the Principal Analyst who analyses and develops O365 Feature based enterprise technology solutions.
• Provides guidance and direction for the Office 365 Feature implementation
The Office 365 Solution Analyst has subject matter knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially the new features (e.g. TEAMS, Planner, SharePoint online, PowerBI, Flow, LinkedIn Integration) including the underlying Microsoft technologies, theories and tech-niques including Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory and Group Policies.
Your profile:
• At least 5 yeas of experience in similar roles
• Experience implementing solutions specifically Microsoft 0365 Features as TEAMS or SharePoint Online.
• Strong Technical backgrounds and experience with Active Directory, Powershell scripting and its interaction with Office 365, Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products and business process modelling
• Experience applying project methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
