Skill requirements:
´- Good knowledge of networks and topologies with routers (e.g. Cisco and Juniper), switches and servers (e.g. firewalls or load balancers)
– Very good knowledge of network protocols especially ICMP and SNMP
– Very good knowledge: Conception and specification of solutions with interaction between application and networks
– Good knowledge of event management in modern networks. Best Case: products / applications of the vendor Open Text (especially NNMi).
– Coordinator/organizer for overarching event topics
– Good knowledge in scripting: Linux and Ansible
– Good knowledge in English
Activity description and concrete tasks:
´- Act as a solution designer especially for the interaction between applikcations and networks
– Carry out router compatibility test
– Create concepts and specifications for an event management application
– Drive coordination and organizational issues forward
