In AKKA Technologies, we are looking for our new Network IP CISCO Telephony Consultant to join our team in Valencia on a permanent base.
You will be part of an international team resolving the Cisco IP Telephony (CUCM Cisco Unified Communication Manager and voice gateways) related tasks, internal and external service requests and work orders, participate in the Cisco IP Telephony automation and security related projects. You will also support and monitor Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure health status, backups and logs, and report and act on the unexpected status changes. Identify and troubleshoot Cisco IP Telephony performance and security problems through monitoring, manual or automatic testing, configuration and system logs inspections between another task.
For this role, you must have:
Experience:
• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience working as Cisco Voice support or Unified Communications Administrator in large environment
• Experience in Cisco IP Telephony solution integrated with Microsoft Skype for Business
• Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches configuration and support
Functional and Technical Skills:
• Expert knowledge and skills to implement, operate and troubleshoot Cisco Voice and Unified Communications solutions.
• Knowledge of Telephony Standards and Protocols like H.323 and RAS, MGCP, SCCP, SIP, Voice and Video CODECs, RTP, RTCP and SRTP.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot with CISCO devises
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot quality of service settings and configurations in the network
• Ability to administer network firewall rules and configurations
• Ability to use, install and configure network tools in the LINUX environment
