• Maintain our global network platform at optimal network performance in partnership with our service providers.
• Timely follow up and closure of tickets and assigned operations tasks.
• Work in close collaboration within the global netOps team and cross functional teams for timely fulfillment of request and resolution of incidents/problems.
• Deliver network infrastructure changes for office projects on-time with up-to-date documentation, inventory and all other related services including monitoring.
• Follow the documented standard processes and work practices.
• Experience in Azure, Meraki and Fortinet will be a must.
• Multinational company – Shared Service Center|Network Analyst – Azure, Meraki, Fortinet – Barcelona
• Troubleshooting incidents and fulfilling standard requests.
• Implementing pre-approved standard changes.
• Sending communications to stakeholders during major incidents using our standard communications template.
• Procurement of hardware and services.
