Mobile Tech Lead (Spain) at BairesDev
As a Mobile Technical Leader at BairesDev®, you will lead a team of Frontend and Backend developers for mobile devices. Your main goal will be to oversee technical operations, ensuring that the team meets quality and efficiency goals. You will work in an agile environment and will be responsible for guiding the team in the implementation of technically sound solutions.
What You Will Do:
– Lead the development team in building advanced applications for the iOS platform.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
– Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
– Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
– Write well-structured, reliable, efficient, and easily maintainable code.
– Lead and contribute to peer code reviews.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced software engineers.
Here’s what we are looking for:
– 5+ years of experience in iOS mobile development, including Swift and Objective-C.
– Solid knowledge of design and architectural patterns.
– Strong knowledge and management of programming fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
– Expert understanding of the benefits/weaknesses of client´s requirements.
– Strong experience participating in meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders.
– Experience leading teams, allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimating tasks, managing conflicts, and planning.
– Native Spanish level.
– Intermediate English Level.
